| When is the best time to start Yoga if I am planning to get pregnant? |

Ideally you would have started practicing yoga before the conception. However most people start because they are pregnant, thus we put together the pregnancy program. The time to start is between 13 and 20 weeks. You can practice until you give birth, which many have done and have experienced a lot of relief throughout the pregnancy and birth. If you have been practicing before you conceived then we recommend a normal practice until 10 weeks, omitting extensive backbends and abdominal asanas. |
