Tuesday 7.30  - 9.10pm 

10 week course - 4 terms per year - school term only.

Pregnancy's a distant memory. The new baby is now 8 months plus, time for you and a Yoga class that suits. 

The Mothers Only Yoga course is more than just a class for women. It is a class for mothers; specifically dealing with female issues that arise from having babies. I am sure I don't need to list them but I can assure you we will be dealing with them.

 

Apart from the ubiquitous strengthening and stretching of which yoga is famous; this course also addresses the health of the internal organs and how this affects us. A woman's health is imperative to the holistic functioning of the family. The yoga practice looks after the practitioner so they in turn can look after their families.
