Monday 9.30am (school term only) or

Thursday night 6pm (all year) - beginners classes.

We recommend these classes as a starting point. You are welcome to attend class on a casual basis, initially, to ascertain if this style of teaching is right for you. However it is through regular practice that the benefits of practicing yoga are better understood. Committing to 10 weeks once a week, will give you a clear indication if yoga, and how we teach, is for you.

Please come on an empty stomach. Everything is provided.

You do not need to have any previous experience, but if you have any major injury or illness it is imperative you call first, and advise us, as well as when you are in class.
