Suzi Carson
Suzi is the director and principle teacher at Four Winds Yoga. A certified Iyengar yoga teacher, Suzi has been practicing yoga since 1988 and teaching in Ponsonby since 1991.
Suzi emphasises the importance of a systematic approach to yoga - developing a clear foundation for sustainable practice that can be practiced by all ages and levels.
Kama
Brown
Kama came to Four Winds Yoga in 2010 to do pregnancy yoga before her first child. She soon started training as a teacher and has been teaching with us ever since. Kama is a compassionate considerate teacher. As a mother of three, Kama understands the importance of a regular yoga practice.
Kama is one of Four Winds Yoga contract teachers and teaches in Muriwai, Auckland.
Francesca Hopkins
Francesca is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and is our beginner's yoga class teacher.

Tamar
Munch
Tamar is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. She started practising at Four Winds Yoga when she was 18 and - with a small break - we have practised together ever since. Tamar is a creative practitioner, her inquiring nature makes her a informative teacher.
Tamar is one of Four Winds Yoga contract teachers.
Deb Mann
Deb came to yoga with a severe back issue. Over the years she has worked methodically with her practice to rebuild from the ground up. This experience makes her a genuine valued teacher at Four Winds Yoga.

James
Ella is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher.
With a martial arts background, Ella has a strong dynamic teaching style coming from her dedicated yoga practice and her job as a trainer at McDonalds.
